Origin Story - My journey into the world of DevOps began over 16 years ago, evolving from a System Administrator to a DevOps Architect. With a Master's in Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal University, my career took off at Café Coffee Day, where I managed IT infrastructure for F&B outlets across India and Europe. This foundational experience gave me a deep understanding of system administration and network support, setting the stage for my future in DevOps. Recent Project Accomplishment - One of my recent notable accomplishments was at First Living Spaces Pvt. Ltd., where I served as a DevOps Architect. Leading the DevOps team and Infrastructure Engineers for projects like Ziki, Sirrus.AI, and Yukio, I designed and implemented comprehensive DevOps architectures on AWS. This included creating CI/CD pipelines, EKS cluster deployment, and robust logging and observability setups. My work significantly improved the efficiency and reliability of their Real Estate app development processes. Continuous Learning and Adaptation - DevOps is a field that demands continuous learning, and I thrive on this challenge. During my tenure at Systems Plus Solutions, I managed a seamless upgrade of SonarQube and transitioned GitLab from Community Edition to Enterprise Edition. These projects not only enhanced my technical skills but also deepened my understanding of effective version control and code quality management. Also, I mastered in Kubernetes and EKS (Cloud Kubernetes) and implement deployment, containerised microservices orchestration for multiple project. Passion for DevOps - What drives me in the DevOps field is the perfect blend of development and operations, creating a harmonious synergy that enhances productivity and innovation. I am passionate about automating repetitive tasks, improving CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring seamless cloud migrations. The satisfaction of transforming complex problems into efficient, automated solutions keeps me motivated. Also Architectural design on AWS with Lucid Chart for best DevOps practise with Lucid Chart is one of major key of success. Also, I did a few certifications like - AWS Solutions Architect Professional, CKA, RHCE and CSPO. I worked for multiple industries like Software, Retail, F&B, Bank, Oil & Gas, Telecom, e-Commerce, Real Estate. Unique Skills and Problem-Solving Abilities - My unique skill set includes a strong command over various DevOps tools like Puppet, Ansible, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins. I excel in creating automation scripts using Shell, Groovy, and Python, and have extensive experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Prometheus, and Grafana. My ability to design and implement scalable cloud architectures, particularly on AWS and GCP, sets me apart.
