I began my DevOps journey with a solid foundation in computer engineering, quickly immersing myself in the intricacies of cloud platforms and automation tools. My initial roles provided a broad exposure to various DevOps practices, allowing me to refine my skills in managing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration. One of my recent notable achievements was leading the successful migration of the News18 CMS from Azure to GCP, which significantly improved scalability and performance. This project earned me the "Spotlight of the Month" award and demonstrated my ability to drive impactful changes in complex environments. I recently expanded my knowledge in managing Kubernetes clusters using advanced tools like Karpenter for autoscaling, and integrating GitOps tools like Flux v2 and ArgoCD for streamlined application deployment and management. This learning has enhanced my ability to handle dynamic scaling and automation effectively. I am passionate about leveraging automation to streamline operations and enhance system reliability. I find great satisfaction in optimising CI/CD pipelines, improving monitoring setups, and applying best practices to secure and scalable cloud infrastructure. My unique blend of skills in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), advanced container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines allows me to tackle complex infrastructure challenges and drive automation where others might struggle. My proficiency in integrating and managing diverse DevOps tools ensures efficient and reliable system operations. I bring a comprehensive skill set including EKS autoscaling with Cluster Autoscaler and Karpenter, sophisticated monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, and expertise in managing AWS Secrets Manager integration with Kubernetes. My experience with diverse tools and technologies, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving, makes me a valuable asset in any DevOps team.
