With over nine years of experience in IT infrastructure and DevOps, I currently lead the IT Infrastructure at Capital Bank Skopje, where I have been driving innovation and efficiency for the past four years. My role involves overseeing critical IT operations, from system administration to project management, ensuring security, and leading automation initiatives that result in significant cost savings and service improvements. During my tenure, I've successfully implemented a new core banking system and rebuilt the bank's IT infrastructure, including upgrading servers, setting up test environments, and enhancing network systems with high-priority implementation plans. My expertise spans across virtualization (VMware vSphere), containerization (Docker), Kubernetes orchestration, and bare-metal server setups. I also manage networking with Cisco, FortiGate, and PFSense, alongside robust backup solutions using Synology, QNAP, and Veeam. Before my current role, I was instrumental in planning and maintaining the core network infrastructure at Central Cooperative Bank AD Skopje. I handled everything from firewall implementation to DMVPN network planning, and provided end-to-end troubleshooting from L1 to L7 in the OSI model. My work ensured the seamless operation of the bank's networking and security systems, including Windows and Linux server configurations. My passion lies in leveraging emerging technologies to create scalable, secure, and efficient IT environments. I thrive in roles where I can lead teams, drive strategy, and deliver innovative solutions that align with business goals. With a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of IT infrastructure, I’m eager to bring my expertise to new challenges where I can make a substantial impact.
