I worked on improving our security processes. Previously, the company was running security scans manually using tools like OWASP ZAP, Mozilla Observatory, and Dependency Check. This was time-consuming and less efficient. I noticed that we were already using GitHub, so I decided to automate these security scans using GitHub Actions. I set up the scans to run automatically every midnight. After the scans are completed, the results are compiled, and an email is sent to the team with the report.
