I started as an intern in my previous organisation where I am instructed to learn linux commands and started scripting for automation purpose of few daily tasks.Later understood the importance of microservice architecture and learned the microservice tool docker.After docker ,I understood and worked with cloud services like GCP and orchestration tool like kubernetes. In cloud ,I learned and worked with various cloud services like VPC,firewall rules,cloud storage buckets,VM's (EC2 and GCE),kubernetes services(GKE,EKS). I have written custom docker files for developers and worked with docker containers and commands throughout my experience as Devops Engineer.I have also worked with Podman as microservice tool in my current job. Also worked with openshift in our current organisation as an orchestration tool. I have also worked with git throughout my software career and worked with GitHub ,GitLab and Bitbucket as source code repositories. I have working experience of building CICD pipelines using GitHub actions and jenkins tools. I worked with ansible as a automation tool and built custom scripts for various automation tasks. We have a GitOps methodology in our current organisation where we maintain the configuration of opensource tool in BitBucket repo and deploy any changes from this source code to the VMs using ansible scripts. I have working experience with nagios as monitoring tool in our current organisation . I have done some migration works related to the opensource tools we use in our organisation.I had migrated a Rundeck instance from old infra to new VM. I have working experience in mariadb and mongodb databases. Worked with kafka messaging service and ELK stack in our current organisation. Worked with lamda functions in AWS to automate a task using python to backup production database(RDBS) , store it in non prod database(RDBS) and delete the expired (or unwanted) rows. Worked with ingress in AWS and GCP to configure a URL to respond to respective backend services in EKS(and GKE) and VMs.Configured SSL certs and enabled HTTPS to the URL. Worked with Amazon Web Application Firewall to enable rules to the configured URL . Worked with Google cloud Armor to enable firewall rules to a URL enabled through ingress.
