My DevOps journey began when I was a Cloud Engineer at General Aeronautics, automating drone monitoring systems with AWS Lambda and Grafana. This project showed me the power of automation, sparking my passion for infrastructure as code and containerization. One of my key accomplishments was at ANZ Bank, where I led incident response teams during critical outages, reducing downtime by implementing monitoring solutions with Prometheus and Grafana. I also optimized database performance, improving query speeds and ensuring resilience, which strengthened my troubleshooting skills for large-scale systems. At SnapClose, I integrated security tools like SonarQube and Checkov into CI/CD pipelines, automating vulnerability detection and secure deployments. My passion for automation allows me to reduce manual efforts, resulting in faster, more reliable deployments. What excites me most about DevOps is bridging the gap between development and operations, enabling teams to deliver faster and more securely. My expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD makes me a valuable asset for building scalable, high-performance systems that drive business success.
