DevOps Origin Story: My journey into the DevOps world began during my engineering days, where I discovered a passion for automation and cloud computing. My early experience with AWS and Kubernetes at Cloud Infosoft laid the foundation for my career, where I deployed microservice architectures and migrated infrastructure using Terraform. These initial steps in streamlining processes and improving efficiency fueled my desire to dive deeper into DevOps. Recent DevOps Accomplishment: Most recently, at Azilen Technologies, I led the migration of a Jenkins server to a Kubernetes master-slave setup using Helm charts, which enhanced scalability and efficiency. I also developed a CI/CD pipeline that automated Docker image management and deployment, reducing manual intervention and significantly speeding up the delivery process. By implementing Guacamole on Kubernetes to allow web-based SSH access, I greatly improved remote server management for the organization. New Learnings in DevOps: I'm always eager to expand my knowledge and stay updated in the evolving DevOps landscape. My latest projects involved developing a custom SonarQube image for data center management, which added an extra layer of security and automation in the development pipeline. Through these projects, I further honed my skills in Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud-native architectures, deepening my expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC). I thrive on creating systems that are not only efficient but also secure, ensuring that every deployment is optimized for performance and reliability.
