I have over four years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, with a strong focus on optimizing cloud infrastructures and enhancing system performance. Currently, I work at T-Mobile, where I've established and overhauled Java builds, achieved a 99.9% uptime for critical services, and optimized data processing workflows using Apache Spark. At T-Mobile, I worked as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) from June 2023 to August 2024, where I focused on ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of critical systems that supported T-Mobile’s telecom infrastructure and services. My primary responsibilities included system monitoring and incident response using tools like Prometheus and Grafana for real-time data collection and visualization, ensuring the health of services with automated alerts to detect issues before they impacted customers.
