I'm a problem solver and a pragmatic engineer. My background is in backend development (10+ years), for the last 8 years I've been mostly involved in providing infrastructure, helping teams build necessary automation and system design. I'm more focused on business value and root causes than following paradigm X or implementing ad-hoc request quick&dirty. Eager to evaluate different points of view with the team and bring them to consensus. Strong believer in planning-first approach (prototype, db design, event/message schema, etc.), infrastructure-as-a-code (terraform/terragrunt), and doing (almost) everything via pull requests, code reviews and automated pipelines.
