Engineering Manager What do I do? I practice DevOps methodologies and advocate for it's implementation as a way to close the gap between business needs and engineering capabilities. How do I do it? By guiding people through the discovery, development and release and operation phases, I've proved to my team mates and managers that which was seen as imposible to accomplish can become reality just by having confidence, trust and mindfulness.
