For the past ten years, I have been working in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and Linux administration with a focus on automation, Operational Cloud Transformation, and increasing general Operational Efficiency. At Ernst & Young LPP, where I work as a Senior Consultant now, charge on some of the most impactful projects that result in system performance improvement, security enhancement, and business value creation. My knowledge of Ansible, Azure DevOps, and Cloud Services has greatly aided in Operational Whitelisting and Service Delivery Improvement. I have executed complex on-prem to cloud migration strategies, large scale server patching projects, and process improvement through automation, increasing system uptime and scalability. I also handle incident and change management, cross functional collaboration, and team leadership while executing the technical work which greatly helps in achieving global team objectives and increased innovation. I have also helped define technology strategies that correlate with business objectives, supporting the expansion of the helpdesk and revenue while cost optimizing. I am excited to take on a leadership position where I can utilize my skills in change management and team mentorship to help an organization achieve its long-term goals.
