didn’t “fall into” DevOps – I chose it. Coming from a strong IT infrastructure background working with Google Cloud Platform, VMware, and Microsoft technologies, I quickly realized that the key to scalable, reliable, and sane operations lies in automation, observability, and treating infrastructure as code. One of my recent accomplishments involved building a resilient GCP-based telemetry stack for electric vehicle data ingestion using TeslaMate, where I tackled edge cases like disabled IPv6 and cross-container communication hiccups. I love these kinds of “weird” issues – where things aren’t just broken, they’re mysteriously broken. I’m particularly passionate about bridging the gap between operations and developers – getting everyone on the same page with CI/CD, GitOps, and solid monitoring practices. Whether it’s writing Terraform for GCP resources, debugging broken containers, or setting up HA for production-grade services, I bring clarity and confidence to the table. What makes me different? I don’t just spin up infrastructure – I understand it. I audit, optimize, and educate. My ability to jump from high-level architecture to low-level packet tracing makes me the kind of engineer you want around when something hits the fan. DevOps isn’t just my job – it’s my mindset. Continuous learning, continuous improvement, and a strong bias for action. Let’s build things right – and let’s automate everything we can.
