My DevOps journey began through hands-on experience in IT support at WE Telecom and Premium Card, where I built a strong foundation in managing infrastructure and solving real-world technical issues. As I progressed, I became deeply interested in automation, cloud technologies, and the DevOps culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. To build my skills, I enrolled in the Cloud Solutions Architect track at NTI and a DevOps program at Kimit Academy. I’ve gained hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitHub Actions. I’m also confident in Bash scripting and using Ansible for configuration management and automation tasks. What excites me most about DevOps is the ability to simplify complex processes and build scalable, secure infrastructure. I enjoy writing infrastructure as code, building pipelines, and using automation to solve problems efficiently. Projects: • Built a Kubernetes cluster from scratch using kubeadm on my personal laptop, setting up control plane and worker nodes manually to fully understand cluster internals and networking. • Developed two infrastructure projects using Terraform to provision AWS environments. The first involved creating a full VPC setup with public/private subnets and an Application Load Balancer for high availability. The second focused on modular VPC design with reusable infrastructure components. • Wrote a Bash script that processes a CSV-style text file containing user data. The script checks whether the user ID is odd or even (if specified), validates if the user has a routable FQDN email address, and prints a summary message. Invalid or missing data triggers appropriate warnings, and the script silently continues to the next record. I’m always excited to bring my skills to teams where reliability, security, and automation are a priority.
