My journey into DevOps began with a strong foundation in backend development using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. While I loved writing clean APIs and building scalable systems, I quickly realized that code alone doesn't deliver value — the magic lies in automation, infrastructure, monitoring, and rapid delivery. That’s when I fell in love with DevOps. Coming from a cybersecurity training background, I bring a unique security-first approach to DevOps. I understand that security isn't a layer — it's a mindset. Whether it's hardening Docker containers, securing CI/CD pipelines, or automating vulnerability scans, I build systems with safety in mind from day one. One of my recent accomplishments was containerizing a blog application I built, setting up a CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions, and deploying it on a virtual server with Nginx and Docker Compose. It wasn’t just about getting it online — it was about making deployment repeatable, reliable, and fast. I'm currently diving into Go to write efficient CLI tools and microservices — because performance and simplicity matter. I also have my sights set on mastering Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability tools to round out my DevOps toolkit. What makes me stand out? I'm not just learning tools — I’m building real systems. I’m proactive, security-conscious, and passionate about bridging the gap between development and operations to enable faster, safer delivery.
