I help identify and mentor these champions, provide them with tailored workshops, tooling templates (like SAST, SCA, secret scanning), and dashboards to track adoption. This decentralized model accelerates the rollout of secure practices across hundreds of GitLab projects while promoting a strong security culture without creating bottlenecks.
