Implemented CI/CD pipelines using Groovy script in Jenkins, handling both compile and non-compile pipelines. Build, test, and deployment procedures that are automated across several environments, increasing development producƟvity and decreasing the need for manual intervenƟon.  UƟlizing various AWS services including EC2, EFS, VPC, Route 53, IAM, S3, Auto Scaling, IAM, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, ECS, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, Volumes, Snapshots, AMIs, Security Groups, Load Balancer, AWS CerƟficate Manager (ACM) for managing SSL/TLS cerƟficates, and AWS CloudTrail for audiƟng and monitoring cloud server acƟviƟes  Orchestrated containerized applicaƟons using Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS EKS, ensuring efficient deployment and scaling across environments. Configured Kubernetes resources including pods, services, deployments, ingress controllers, role-based access control (RBAC), Helm charts, and networking resource allocaƟon. Integrated AWS ALB Ingress Controller for efficient traffic management and high availability. Worked with AWS Fargate for serverless pod deployment, ExternalDNS for dynamic DNS record management, and IAM service accounts with fine-grained policies to securely manage EKS access and permissions.  Implemented robust monitoring and observability using Amazon CloudWatch for metrics, logging, and alerƟng across EKS workloads. Leveraged OpenTelemetry to standardize and collect telemetry data (metrics, logs, traces) across microservices, enabling end-to-end visibility. UƟlized Splunk Cloud (SaaS) for centralized log management, real-Ɵme analyƟcs, and incident invesƟgaƟon, ensuring proacƟve issue resoluƟon and performance opƟmizaƟon in cloud-naƟve environments.  Worked extensively on Linux systems running on both on-premise virtual machines and AWS EC2 instances, managing server validaƟon, performance opƟmizaƟon, and system reliability. Developed automaƟon scripts using Shell and Perl, streamlining repeƟƟve tasks and improving operaƟonal efficiency. Scheduled and managed system tasks using the True Sight BladeLogic AutomaƟon tool, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted workflows across hybrid environments.  Used Ansible for automaƟng difficult acƟviƟes and configuraƟon management. Ansible Tower was used to install and upgrade the IBM SSP CM EA PS components.
