My DevOps journey began with a background in software development and evolved naturally as I took on more responsibility for build pipelines, deployments, and cloud infrastructure. What started with automating .NET deployments on TeamCity and Octopus grew into leading large-scale cloud migrations and designing secure, scalable DevOps architectures on AWS and Kubernetes. One of my proudest recent accomplishments was leading the migration of a legacy government platform to containerized workloads on Amazon EKS. I architected the infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CDK, implemented GitHub Actions-based CI/CD pipelines, and built a full observability stack using Datadog and CloudWatch. The result? A more secure, compliant, and cost-efficient environment—with deployments reduced from hours to minutes and zero-downtime releases enabled across environments. What keeps me energized in this field is the blend of systems thinking and automation. I’m passionate about “Everything-as-Code” — codifying not just infrastructure, but compliance, monitoring, and incident response to create resilient and repeatable systems. Whether it’s integrating vulnerability scans directly into CI/CD workflows or implementing auto-remediation scripts for failed health checks, I love solving complex problems at scale with simple, elegant solutions. I bring a security-first mindset, a strong grasp of AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, IAM, and more), and a track record of improving system reliability while accelerating delivery pipelines. My goal is to empower development teams with self-service tooling, robust infrastructure, and a clear path to production — safely and efficiently.
