Impact - Automatically provisioned and set up using the control tower with best practices and increased cost efficiency by using suitable workloads. • Responsible for CI/CD, observability (Prometheus, Grafana), logging (OpenSearch), and tracing (Lightstep). Impact - reduced logging stack cost by saving $3000 per month. • Responsible for SOC2 compliance Audit for the company (2023 and 2024). Impact - Reduced man-hours by automating data collection for various controls and helping teams. Collation of data in the format accepted by auditors and helping with auditing pen test • Responsible for On-Call incident support. Reduced the number of Incidents by implementing SLO/SLI-based alerts.
