• Designed and managed high-availability containerised workloads on AWS EKS using Kubernetes and Helm, implementing key resources (Deployments, StatefulSets, Services, Ingress) with seamless rollouts, rollbacks, and autoscaling for critical services. • Implemented observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Terraform for real-time monitoring, alerting, and custom dashboards.
