When I was first learning computers I wanted to use them to automate the boring stuff. I saw a need for a role where someone makes tooling to make it easy for anyone to do complex tasks. As I progressed I saw that once a good system was established it was easy to apply it to different projects. I've since worked with multiple companies helping developers deliver code to distributed systems as easily as hitting the save button.
