As a DevOps Engineer at Haptiq, I am responsible for implementing and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure to support application development and deployment processes. I work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud resources, and ensure high system reliability. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Automation: Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring consistency and scalability across environments. CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design and maintain CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD to enable fast, reliable, and automated deployments. Cloud Infrastructure: Manage AWS resources, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Route 53, CloudWatch, Lambda, and Inspector, optimizing for performance, cost, and security. Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy and operate applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) with a focus on reliability, monitoring, and scalability. Monitoring & Logging: Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Nagios, and AWS CloudWatch to ensure system health and performance. Configuration Management & Scripting: Automate configuration tasks using Puppet and Shell scripting, improving system administration efficiency. Security & Compliance: Apply best practices for securing infrastructure, including IAM controls, regular patching, and vulnerability scanning. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to support product deployments and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
