My journey into DevOps began with a strong foundation in Linux systems and IT support, but I quickly realised I had a passion for automation, cloud technologies, and solving complex operational challenges. Over the years, I’ve evolved into a versatile DevOps engineer, working across AWS and Azure environments to design scalable infrastructure, implement CI/CD pipelines, and streamline deployment processes. One of my most impactful projects involved deploying a secure EKS cluster on AWS, integrated with ArgoCD for GitOps-driven delivery, and backed by a full observability stack using Prometheus and Grafana. This not only improved deployment velocity but also enabled real-time monitoring and cost accountability. What drives me in DevOps is the ability to remove friction between development and operations — empowering teams to release faster, safer, and more reliably. I bring a mix of infrastructure-as-code expertise (Terraform, CloudFormation), strong scripting (Python, Bash), and production support experience (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics) to solve problems proactively and build systems that scale. Whether it’s creating golden AMIs, securing pipelines with Checkmarx and SonarQube, or automating multi-cloud deployments, I thrive on bridging the gap between engineering and operations.
