My DevOps journey began with a deep curiosity about how complex systems work, which led me to earn a master’s in information science (with a machine learning focus) from UT Austin. Since then, I’ve thrived at the intersection of cloud migrations, large-scale automation, and reliability engineering. One of my proudest accomplishments was leading the cloud migration for 80+ retirement services applications during the Charles Schwab and TD Ameritrade merger. Managing over 1 million clients and billions in assets, I designed and provisioned scalable EKS clusters on AWS, architected CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and ArgoCD, and streamlined deployments—improving team efficiency by 75% and reducing incidents by 35%. I’ve also driven Kubernetes adoption, built resilient monitoring with Splunk and Grafana, and reduced incident response times by 40%. At Microsoft, I helped teams transition from Waterfall to Agile, optimized Azure Kubernetes Services environments, and mentored junior engineers, boosting team skills by 80%. I love demystifying infrastructure, automating tedious tasks, and creating more reliable, secure systems. What sets me apart? I bridge deep technical knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, observability) with a knack for collaboration and a real passion for helping teams succeed. My experience spans highly regulated environments, major cloud migrations, and rapid process transformations—so I’m always ready to tackle tough challenges and make systems work better for everyone.
