I started my career in IT infrastructure over 12 years ago, navigating data centers, networks, and mission-critical systems before DevOps became a buzzword. That hands-on foundation gave me a deep understanding of what makes systems resilient and scalable. Today, as an Infrastructure & DevOps Manager in FinTech, I specialize in turning complexity into reliability through automation. One of my proudest recent projects was leading the migration of a financial institution’s legacy infrastructure into a fully automated CI/CD pipeline using GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes, backed by Terraform and Ansible. We reduced deployment time from hours to under 10 minutes and achieved 99.99% uptime across our services. Security was a non-negotiable – I implemented DevSecOps policies, secrets management with Vault, and integrated compliance checks into the pipeline. I’m currently diving deep into cloud-native tooling – mastering OpenTelemetry for observability, exploring cost-optimized multi-cloud strategies, and leveraging AI-assisted DevOps to accelerate secure deployments. What drives me? I love enabling development teams to move faster without breaking things. I architect systems that self-heal, scale with demand, and pass every audit without manual intervention. Where others see complexity, I design simplicity – and I document every step so the team can scale with confidence. If you're looking for someone who blends infrastructure mastery with modern DevOps agility – I’m ready to bring your systems to the next level.
