I worked in both AWS partners and AWS clients automating Infrastructure deployments. Initially worked with CloudFormation, but nowadays working with Terraform and CDK. Recently I led the decommission of old Jenkins implementation in a large financial company including the disablement of 100+ automations used by the different teams (Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, others) making sure that equivalent automations existed in the new GitHub Actions solution. In the last weeks, I have been learning on how to use LLM (mostly local LLMs via ollama) to help expedite automation tasks like code reviews for infra deployments and also checking the usage of terraform in CloudFormation stacksets for deploying specific IAM permissions in specific AWS accounts. I was formerly certified as AWS Solutions Architect - Professional and I keep on learning the new enhancements of the AWS products as well as learning about other new technologies related to large scale deployments using kubernetes like ArgoCD and ESO.
